Products Introduction

   High temperature and high pressure resistant gauge glass is a kind of strengthened alkali-free alumina-silicate glass, which has high temperature resistance and high pressure resistance as well as excellent acid-alkali resistance because the glass has higher contents of alumina and silica and doesn¡¯t contain alkaline oxide. The glass has been used for perspective window materials in high temperature and high pressure resistant vessel, pipe and gauge.
    The glass overcomes the crucial problems in other industry window glasses which have temperature resistance but not pressure resistance, or pressure resistance but not temperature resistance. It fills in the gaps in domestic high temperature and high pressure resistant glass, so it won the ¡° national new product ¡± medal in 1992. At present it has been extensively used in electric power industry, oil industry, chemical industry, pharmacy industry, scientific experiment, and so on.

Main Applications
    The glass can be used for high temperature and high pressure resistant gauge, as well as observation window materials in high temperature and high pressure resistant vessel, pipe and instrument.

    Softening temperature: ＞900℃
